ASIA has two immediate openings for computer scientists with experience  in
UNIX and C

Company Background:

     ASIA (an anachronism for  Applied  Intelligence  System  Analysis),  a
     recently  formed  expanding computer software development corporation,
     is based in the Buffalo, NY  area.   ASIA  provides  services  to  the
     general/business  environment, but their speciality is the application
     of AI to architectural/engineering problems, such as CEADS/CAD.   ASIA
     utilizes Hewlett Packard equipment and offers OEM services.

Job #1

Candidate's Qualifications:

     Software programmer to work on continuing development of AI  projects.
     Knowledge  of Pascal, C and UNIX required for current work.  Knowledge
     of Prolog desirable for future projects.  Knowledge and experience  in
     computer graphics and/or databases is a PLUS.

     Salary negotiable and includes profit sharing and benefits package.

Candidate's Qualifications:

     Systems programmer with to share some responsibilities with the  above
     candidate  but primary emphasis will be in specifying, set up and con-
     figuring systems in house and for customers.  Knowledge and experience
     in  operating systems and hardware interfacing required.  Knowledge of
     communications (tele and other) a PLUS.

     Salary is negotiable and includes profit sharing and benefits package.
