Two (insert any ethnic group) went to the Post Office, to mail a
letter.  On the way out, one of them noticed a poster which read:

WANTED FOR RAPE

directly above a picture of two (insert second ethnic group).

Upon reading this, he turned to his friend and said, "Those damn
(second ethnic)s get ALL the good job offers!"
