In regard to the END 40 MPH SPEED ZONE/LIMITED VISIBILITY AREA, 40 MPH
article I posted...  It seems that I erroneously recalled what was
said in the caution (diamond) sign.  It wasn't "limited visibility
area" it was "Limited Sight Distance", which really makes one
wonder...
