Yesterday I was driving on the freeway with a friend as we saw this plate
on a sporty looking car (I wasn't paying much attention to the car):

At first we thought it was a doctor, but the car looked too flashy and we
thought the other meaning.  But we passed and the guy was grey-haired.
Either he's a doctor or he's been in the business too long!
