Sir, I take offense to your justification of your joke.  To assume that
I am not intelligent enough to appreciate a joke in the spirit in which
it is given both embarrasses and steams me!  I think you should have
ROTed the explanation at the end so that those of us who appreciate
the joke wouldn't have been offended by your uncalled-for seriousness!!
