This restaurant is in a lovely setting overlooking the Mersey River and is known for its unique foods. On this occasion I decided to have one of their most unusual offerings, a kind of tea made from Koala Bears - really quite delicious. When I recieved the tea and took a sip, I knew immediately that something was wrong. When I summoned the waiter and told him of my complaint, he became quite indignant and let me know in no uncertain terms that - The Koala Tea of Mersey is not strained.
