Well, the part that said that the keyword for allocating new memory to a process was "STEAL" sort of sapped the humor out of the rest of it pretty quick. Ed Hall brings up an excellent point when he says I've been around enough to know that the beliefs presented in BLKTRAN are taken quite seriously by a sizable minority of the population. Implying that blacks, as a group, are thieves - considering that a sizable minority of the population probably *does* think they're all thieves - strikes me as offensive; the attitude behind BLKTRAN made even the arguably funny parts cease to be funny.
