Tartan Laboratories was started by William Wulf and others from
Carnegie-Mellon's computer science department for the purpose of
making the production quality compiler compiler (PQCC) project
into a commercial reality.  I doubt that any software house has
greater expertise in compiler construction.

I know nothing whatsoever about any of their products.
