There was a problem with my first message, and I cancelled it
within 5 minutes.  If you see it there is a (probably) a problem somewhere.

Most of the messages I've seen on this group include the
phrase (I'm not a lawyer, but...).  I think that's perfectly
good, but I was just wondering how many of the readers of
this group are lawyers or legal aids or have people off the
net that they share articles with.  Please mail to me, giving
