One, a technique developed in Germany, uses ultra?infra?sound. Others involve advances in basketing and/or laser use, which enable small incisions to be used. Does anyone know if these techniques are in use in N. America, and by what physicians/hospitals? I'm facing my fourth operation in seven years, this time for a stone lodged within the kidney. Rapid response by E-mail would be greatly appreciated. -- ______ Russ Herman / \ {allegra,ihnp4,linus,decvax}!utzoo!aesat!rwh @( ? ? )@ (416) 821-9190 ( || ) AES Data Inc.
