She is a nurse and the job was to be with a hospital. The question is: Is the hospital/employer required or responsible in any way to inform her of exactly why the exam flunked her? The hospital personnel would not tell her "why" nor would they tell her what was found during the exam. This is especially concerning to her because recently she had surgery, she is not young, she has no pension, and she worries that this may happen again.
