The club advised some revisions to his diet that where not very severe and he did put on about 10-15 lbs(around 10% increase) in about 3 months This did not appear to be fat but did fill him out from a skinny teenager to a professional soccer player capable of playing alongside internaional players from his club at the age of 17. The modifications to his diet were Oatmeal cereal at breakfast 12 oz steak(per day) during lunch and/or dinner 2 10oz bottles of Guiness stout REMEMBER this is not a diet but a dietary ADDITIONS/SUPPLEMENTS in that he was told to base his eating around the above items. Dave Peak(pyuxhh!dxp) BTW - the skinny teenager was Steve Perryman(Capt of Tottenham Hotspurs of the English 1st Division).
