	In the December 1983 issue of Transactions on Computers,
	there is a table on page 1208 which characterizes the marginal 
	triggering performance of many flops.  It's a handy table to 
	have around if you spend any significant amout of time designing 
	digital widgets.. (Of course, it's just a starting point -- your
	actual settling times may vary).
