Lines: 23 You should be able to get some of the information you want by reading the publications about the MAC -- ST. MAC, and MAC World. The April issue of MAC WORLD has an article on pg 110 which presents a simple program using the mouse in MS BASIC, MAC BASIC, and MAC PASCAL. All three listings are well-commented, and suggestions for improvements given. You should be able to use the examples to do something with Pascal and BASIC. Another source of info is Compuserve (and, presumably, The Source). There is a very active MAC group running on CompuServe, and a very good terminal emulator written in MS BASIC (MACTEP) is available on the X-access database for the Apple SIG on CS. By some accounts, MACTEP is *much better* than MacTerminal!! By the way, *HOW* do you get your hands on pre-release versions of MAC BASIC and Pascal???? I live in the same area as Apple--even have some internal connections (of possibly dubious quality), and I can't seem to get anyone to let loose of a copy!! This goes for MacTerminal, the new 4-pass copy routine, and the update of MacWrite which is supposed have sub- and superscripts, etc. What gives here? What have you guys got that I don't have? (Besides the pre-release stuff, of course.) hplabs!analog!kim Kim Helliwell
