I'm curious if anybody has found a good *relational* DBMS which
runs on the IBM PC.  What I'd really like is "mistress" on a
PC; it has many of the features I want.  This is stuff like
a query language interface, as well as several levels of
interface through software--especially C.  (That seems
to rule out DBase II and look-a-likes.)
