Well, its happened again.  Students at the Southern Illinois
University have run out of toilet paper.  It seems this is
an annual event, worthy of reporting in the papers.  Each
semester, each student is alloted 5 rolls of toilet paper
which are supposed to last through till the end of the term.
Nobody ever makes it though, they run out just before finals.

Must be an interesting place as the weather warms up in May?
Anyone care to bundle up their old listings and send them
along to SIU?
