It has been asked if there is a copy of the Constitution in Electronic
Media.  If there is not, there should be.  I would be willing to type in
a few hundred words if enough others are willing to join in.

Let me know if you are willing to participate in this, and if there is
enough response, I'll organize it and post the result to the net.
