   It was revealed today that the Won-Ton shortage is a conspiracy
between two groups out only for their own profit.
  
   Both groups, the first being the primary breeders of Won-Tons in
China, known as the "Won-Ton women", apparently joined forces with
a consotium of South American breeders of the more common, but spicier
"Juan-Ton".

   Interpol is investigating this conspiracy, and expects to prosecute
the ringleaders in a few months.
