I hereby request the newsgroup `net.psych' be created for discussion
of topics related to psychology, psychiatry, and behavior.

This idea has been rolling around in my head for some time now;
I thought of it when I saw the `Time Perception' articles,
when clinical depression was being discussed in net.suicide, and
now subjectivity and objectivity and the effects of electroshock
therapy are being discussed in net.philosophy.  (I don't read
net.med due to having too much else to read but I'm sure there is
relevant stuff there too).

Clearly the issue of psychology is looking for a home, and is
borrowing other newsgroups for lack of one!
