When someone is detect and he is warned to go away and he doesn't it ceases to be one of these trivial things anymore. Even the lightest offenses in this state and neighboring ones (and probably all of them) when repeated in the light of the person being told he is doing something wrong becomes a much more severe offense. -Ron
