The necessary closeness (physical, mental, emotional, etc.) would probably not exist. Without closeness, how could you continue to live with the same person day in and day out for years? In a related (?) topic, I once know a man (homosexual) who married this woman (homosexual) LEGALLY just so they could be considered more legitimate in this world (they have never seen each other since - or at least since the last time I saw him).
