Actually, I took it rather seriously when it was first on, but back then, I was at a very impres- sionable age (12 -- the golden age of science fiction). Of course, a number of years later, when I caught some re-runs, I thought they were real groaners, but the show still has a rather (as Frank N. Furter would put it) "naive charm". Besides, when I was a kid, I had a crush on Angela Cartwright. Speaking of a LOST IN SPACE movie, though, there was an issue of STARLOG a few years back with an interview with Billy Mumy, in which he mentioned trying to get a LiS "reunion" TV movie done. Everybody seemed willing to do it, but, if I remember correctly, he had yet to convince 20th Century Fox to do it. --- jayembee (Jerry Boyajian, DEC Maynard, MA) UUCP: {decvax|ihnp4|allegra|ucbvax|...}!decwrl!dec-rhea!dec-akov68!boyajian ARPA: boyajian%akov68.DEC@DECWRL.ARPA *NOTE CHANGE IN ADDRESSING*
