After reflection, I think Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom is a nasty movie. The world has enough acts of violence, stereotypes, and 30's cliches; we don't need more. And there are no redeeming elements I could detect. I'd suggest that this is a movie to avoid. How the maker of E.T. could make this movie is completely mystifying to me. p. rowley, U. Toronto
