I seen a number of guides to rock albums, but most I've seen seem woefully incomplete. For example, I recall hearing recently, that there have now been roughly 75 Jimi Hendrix albums released. The guide I seek would list all the bootlegs, imports and re-issues made ordered by artist. A grading system would also help. Does anyone out there have any recommendations for books covering rock and/or soul records from say 1955 to 1982? As usual, thanks in advance and I WILL post a summary if anyone sends me mail.
