Tom Purviance will be giving many performances of Liszt piano
music in the next few months, some in New Jersey, before going to
Europe for the next Liszt competition in Italy.   He gave a very
fine recital on Sunday the 29th (April).  I heartily recommend
him to those interested in good piano recitals in general, or
Liszt in particular.  He plays with great delicacy as well as power.
