Beethoven Serenade in D, op. 25, Flute, violin, Viola 2. Beethoven Trios, op. 81? (eighty-something), 2 Flutes, Viola There are also countless duets for the instruments you mention. What I really suggest you do, however, is make an all out effort to find a cellist for your group. That will simplify your search for music immensely. You can then choose from all the string quartets and string trios (string quintets too if you really have two violas). Also check out the oboe and flute quartets by Mozart.
