I don't know where they come from, but they are available in Portland.  A
local program called 'Encore,' narrated by Jon Tuska, has been featuring
many of the old NBC orchestra recordings.  For example, on Apr 8 was
"Portrait of an Orchestra: The NBC Symphony, 1951."  It carried the complete
concert of Feb 17, 1951, conducted by Arturo Toscanini.  There have been at
least several other examples over the preceding months.

'Encore' is produced by KOAP and KOAC radio, Oregon Public Broadcasting Service
