There is a set of six beautiful canons that R. Schumann wrote for
a piano with a set of pedals.  They have been arranged for just about
everything, including 4 hands (by Debussy, I think).

It's sometimes fun to play a 2-hand piano piece 4 hands, allowing the
players to crack something they couldn't possibly play alone.
