A problem with removing lines from .newsrc when groups
go to tiredgroups and then putting them back is that
all sense of unsubscription (via the U command) is lot
for those groups, and the user will have to reunsubscribe
to each group every time it goes to and comes from
tiredgroups.

There is almost always a suitable place to test-run a
new discussion.  If not, that's what net.misc is for.
