Site "uccsrg" is leaving the net, to be replaced by site "calgary" (please
refer to announcement posted in net.news.newsite).  The excuse for this is
that we are reorganizing how we handle news.  The real reason is, of course,
that we are tired of explaining what the rather cryptic "uccsrg" stood for.
