I still believe that it would be acceptable to allow SOME people to cancel articles or put them in different news-groups, so that the other sites down-stream (news-wise) are not bothered by it. It's no extra work for someone who just read an article to do that, given the commands are provided to do that easily. Of course, there might be no easy way to do that, I don't know. Would anyone care to comment?
