They must send these people to school to teach them how to talk
official.  This is a memorandum that we got here.  Pay close attention
to item number two.

1.  Please take notice that many air conditioner units have excessively
dirty air filters which will contribute to the inefficiency of the unit
and in turn waste energy.

2.  Self-help is the method used to change subject filters with filter
media available at supply points which serve the various divisions of
the laboratory.

3.  It is requested taht room occupants inspect air conditioner filters,
and where needed, to replace with new filters.
