We have a cat carrier and have used tranquilizers in the past (we call them trankys) but never for more than 1 day in a row. Are such medications dangerous if given over a period of several days? It seemed to us to help if we kept the cat away from the windows yet with a view of us. Feeding is also something I do not know about, I can't really see any harm with not feeding it for a couple of days but a cat must have water so a litter box or rest stops are required. I also do not know about motel/hotel regulations about pets and would like to find out. Bryan Bingham {ucbvax,cmcl2!lanl-a,gatech}!unmvax!bingham
