The ancient Hebrews evideently performed an I Ching-ish bit of devination with something caled the 'Urim and Thumim' (which show up in Mormon mythology as a pair of spectacles). I've often envisioned ancient Hebrew priests tossing something upward and crying, 'Urim or Thumim! Call it in the air!'
