Well, I think he is probably right. If you look at the number of votes he has received versus the money he has spent, I would think it certainly qualifies as one of the most cost-efficient campaigns of this century anyway. I also think that Jackson has given a significant segment of the population the feeling that they can participate in the electoral process that seemed to be closed to them before. Besides, he's got both parties wondering what effect he will have on the election in November.
