I was really glad to hear that you cared
about the birds.  The last I had heard on
the NET was that the newsgroup was going
to be removed.  I really enjoy watching
birds like you do (from the living room)
and I also really enjoy going with the local
Audubon Society on their monthly outings.
This week they are going to the Shades
State Park-Pine Hills Nature Preserve
to observe the birds and the early spring
wildflowers.  I'm not sure if I am going
yet, but if I do I will let the net know
what I saw.
