The NTSB claimed the pilot failed to consider the CG change
of the jumpers lining up and exiting?

I guess the FAA will start new ratings:

	Jump Pilot, SEL
	Jump Pilot, MEL
	etc, etc

Those guys were really looking for a problem to dream that one up!!!
