1.  I am happy to see Sagan discussed here.  His points on COSMOS were
    very anti-religion as regards to creation and humanity.  He even got
    his anti-nuke-pacifism messages in...not very subtly either.

2.  I know he went to the Vatican for a meeting of international scientists
    ....I wonder how he thought of it???  anybody hear anything.

3.  There have been criticisms of COSMOS from clergy and when I get a chance
    I'll copy or post citations.
