So laws that say "pass on the right", "build your house 'x' feet back from the property line", and so on are to be obeyed. But rules like "work seven days a week", "do not read the Bible", and so on, are in direct conflict with the rules of God, and are not to be obeyed. Obviously one should be very sure that one *is* doing the right thing when going against a government. Not something to be taken lightly.
