I believe the sequence is:

	???? - a prequel, forget the name...
	"The Warlock in Spite of Himself"
	"The Warlock Unlocked"
	"King Kobold"

The prequel (which I have cleverly forgotten the name of) is the latest, but
has been out for several months at least.  Just look around.
