Texas CS Dept., Austin, Texas Lines: 20 I can't resist this one. I have had several long-distance relationships in my life, and they worked fine--at a distance. Strangely enough, it was changing the status quo, removing the distance, that broke them up. (Any others out there with similar experiences?) Of course, I had known them for some time before the distance developed. You don't say whether this is someone you've known or just met on a business trip. I personally am the kind of person who would do a lot for the sake of the relationship. I would probably see what I could do to fly out there (this also depends on where she is--Timbuktu? Texas?). But then, I'm crazy. :-) Good luck. You'll need it. Pooh the Paisley
