Lines: 25 Flame on!.................. Having been harassed by "Fundamentalist Christians," I object to anyone promoting the falsity that "Jesus Christ" will "save" them. Spare me from these criminals who call on their deity to justify illegal activities. I will *not* read anyone's articles who throws their religious (cult) beliefs up, even though they may aside from that have something worthwhile to say. I agree that the banning of religious statements of belief from this discussion is a sad thing to see, but I must call for it in the face of the abuses of the concept of religion that have been made (not necessarily on this network, as of yet). I believe that preaching one's religion to people who have not asked for such statements is just as bad as coming right out and saying what these people think: my religion is the only one right way to live, and yours is a bunch of . This attitude is offensive. If people on the net want to discuss religion per se, there is always net.religion . Flame off!............... Nancy Miller (miller@nlm-mcs)
