I do not feel very good about the ways I have handled it in my relationships. There are some folks who get violent, some who sulk, some who don't seem to ever really get angry, ... I tend to withdraw and that has some subtle side effects like shutting off communications and never satisfactorily resolving issues. It would be of benefit to me to hear how you deal with anger in your relationships. To narrow the discussion, assume the relationships are relatively well established (e.g. some degree of trust, intimacy, and confidence exists).
