We have a pascal line editor that was written here.

It is working on both a CDC 6600 and an 11/70 running RSTS/E and
should be easily moved to other machines with PASCAL.  The source
is public domain.

It's orientation is towards good diagnostics for beginning users
and simplicity of use with a reasonable number of advanced functions.
