There was a suggestion made that perhaps "The Doomsday Machine"
was based in part on "Moby Dick".  I also find this hard to
believe and would like to say that the episode "Obsession"
had many similarities with "Moby Dick".  Kirk was almost as
irrational as Ahab when he discovered his 'white whale'.

Does anybody agree or disagree??
