First in response to Eli Haber's question about which episode scotty
calls Kirk "Jim", it's "Mirror, Mirror" where Kirk, Uhura, Scotty, and
McCoy are exchanged with ruthless counterparts from a parallel universe
while beaming up form the planet Halken.

A New Trivia estion:

 What was the name of the air force officer who interrogated Kirk at a
20th century air force base in the episode where the Enterprise is hurled 
back through time and spotted as a UFO ( Tomorrow is Yesterday??)?
