A comment from the other side --
 
  I do read the soap updates so graciously posted by ihuxb!alle (Thank you!)
and I would not at all mind the creation of something like net.tv.soap
for updates of and discussion on afternoon soap operas.  After all, 
they keep "net.movies.sw" around, and the soaps come around every day!
Do you all suppose this could be carried off without the lengthy, feverish, 
tiresome hollering that is occuring over proposals to divide net.music?
 
   How 'bout it?
