Since it seems to have become a permanent feature of net.tv that also irritates
a percentage of the readers, I've gone ahead and created net.tv.soaps so that
the soap opera portion of the traffic can be moved into its own home. If you
get this message and you DON'T get the newgroup control message creating this
topic, I'd appreciate it if you send one out from your site to make sure this
gets to the entire network.
