We all seem to agree that net.tv.soaps should be created (no
flames, please, from anyone who might disagree -- all I've seen
are "yes" votes), but net.tv is probably not the newsgroup in
which to cast your vote.  The folks who create newsgroups, I
would imagine, read net.news.group -- so how about casting
your votes there?  I think it will be much more effective.
If you've posted an article here but not on net.news.group
about this subject, I'd recommend posting one over there, too.
