Who were the orignal actresses that
played the parts of Cagney and Lacy for both the movie and the
TV show?  I know Loretta Swit played one of the parts in the movie.
Also, I recall there was a big conflict when one of the actresses
was replaced on the TV show because she was deemed too tough for
a female role.  Did Gless or Daly replace her?
